2024 Donald R. Allen Scholarship

The Alexandria Old School Alumni Association announces its Annual Donald R. Allen Scholarship Award Program. Students will be selected in accordance with the guidelines listed on the appkication. The scholarships will be given directly to the winners during a virtual program on Zoom.. The Alexandria Old School Alumni Associations, Inc. scholarships are given to outstanding seniors to help supplement the cost of their education. One or more applicants will be chosen, and each recipient will receive a designated amount.
These scholarships are more important than ever. Since congress has decided to cut out several programs that benefited our young people. It is very discouraging when they graduate from college with debts of $40,000.00 or more.
If you have a student or know of a student eligible to apply for our scholarship, please contact
Ms. Linda Howard at 301-283-6026 for an application or download the application below from our website. Please return the completed application to the below PO box or email to clindalove@comcast.net. The completed application package must be submitted to one of the addresses listed above by May 20, 2024.
